Frozen Yoghurt Dessert

Ingredients

• 500g Greek-style yoghurt
• 450g bag of frozen berries
• 1 cooked beetroot
• 3 Tbsp. honey (75g)
• 500g chopped dark or milk chocolate chips

Method

1. Place yoghurt, frozen berries, cooked beetroot and honey in a food processor. Mix until blended and smooth.

2. Add chocolate pieces and stir by hand until combined.

3. Chill in freezer for at least 30 minutes and serve.
